I was in da shower so i replied after like 15 mins and said naww but to send her address as i’m gonne be leavin da house in 5-10 mins. Tell me how my girl calls me right then and there and says to me “heyyy realassanova...you’re probably gonna hate me for this but i’m sooo sorry. Something came up for my mom that i gotta do and so i gotta cancel tonight.” I’m fresh out da gotdamn shower, perfume on and she gonne tell me this now? Anyways, i tell her its all good and maybe some other time we’ll kick it (never again). And then she had the nerve to ask me “if you’re free later on, maybe we could do a video chat?” And i said to her “Naa. I’mma be out. I’mma go out and do stuff” told her take care and left it at that.

2nd shorty - also matched with but already met up with before. I couldn’t let the evening go to waste so i went thru my sc and hit her up askin to kick it at this park and she was like aii cool. Same spot i was gonne take shorty #1. Now, here comes the fukkery. Just got out the shower. Gettin changed now”. I respond “i just got here....” stepped out and did my thing but no response from her till 25-30 mins later. Fast forward to that 25-30 min mark, it gets completely dark and she responds “i was doing somethin for my brother so i’m leavin now” and i tell her “naa i’m duckin home” she goes “what?” I said “its gettin dark” and she goes...”surely you knew u was gonne be there around sunset” and i went “i was here before 8:30 when there was still light”...then she goes...”so do you want me to go home? I’m confused?”...and i said “yeah i’mma head out. Its gonna take you 25-30 min to get here” and she said “ok” and i left for back home. The nerve of this chick to think that i’mma wait another 30 mins for her till 10pm when i told her i got there before 8:30. I don’t care what coulda or not happened at that time (around 10pm and after)...that shyt don’t fly wit me at all.

That "I had to do something for mama" one is played out, secondly a chick got me ALLLL the way fukked up if I'm gonna hang around and wait, especially for an hour and a half WTF. Your time is the most valuable thing you have and if a chick can't respect it then she's outta here. Marlo from The Wire had the right idea....meet me at Lake Trout for 5pm if you one minute late I'm gone. FOH. Disrespecting my time is worse than a chick wanting you to come out of pocket. That's why it's common knowledge to show up for a job interview 10-15 minutes beforehand. Anyone serious about their time and business won't tolerate tardiness. Speed Awareness courses are even more ruthless, they'll turn you away at 3.01pm even if they start at 3pm and ain't trying to hear any excuses lol. Because of this, people KNOW not to show up late.

This scenario happens way too often because dudes don't put their foot down. Usually it's "Oh OK I understand maybe another time" instead "nah fukk that, don't bother I'm out". I've seen it in this very thread countless times. There's no way I'm hanging around waiting somewhere like a dikkhead because some chick decides she's just gonna show up whenever she feels like it. It's disrespectful. They wouldn't show up late for Trey Songz or Idris Elba and neither of them would tolerate it anyway.

You can't be scared to speak up for yourself and have a zero tolerance attitude. Being all mealy mouthed for a chick's approval will just get you ate up and walked all over.
