I paid off all my debts in January and moved into a new place yesterday. And I've cashed 24k in commissions year to date. shyt works

I'm playing it cool, she's telling me she's free all week or if that doesn't work we can do something at the weekend. I'm still talking to other girls so she's not a priority anymore. I rarely ignore texts, I'm usually straightforward about not wanting to take things forward(most of the time they take it graciously).

Not gonna lie Ive seen my friends once the last 6 months but in that time as I said I've paid off my debt and secured a crib. Outside of one of em the rest all still live at home and be on some bullshyt

What was the toughest part of going into this "hibernation" mode of sorts? What activities did you cut out/reduced? How did you fill that extra time? When will you "take your foot off the pedal" and look to incorporate some more leisurely activities?

I read a book for the first time in years lol
Probably drank less than 5 times the last 6 months
