Question : If 50 died after GRODT would he be revered to the level of Tupac and Notorious BIG ?

He'd definitely be over hyped and praised like Big Pun and Big L....I know pun could spit and went platinum but he was gonna fall off with that next album dead or alive....but that New York media machine has got him ranked extremely too high

if Fif had done more Hate it or love /hustlers ambition style work, he would be there but amusement park/candy shop style ish ruined his run for very top consideration,

He will always be a GOAT (not THE goat but he def a legend in the game no doubt) for mixtape run, GRODT, Fukkery and that first impact but then he ran out. Not because of the beefs etc but coz he was always hunting to recreate in da club and that first run so he became cookie cutter.

And 50 isn’t like a Nas or Even if we go his own crew, Banks, who LOVES hip hop. He used it to get rich. When the fire left, so did the run. He got lucky with I get money and he will still drop another dope track one day, that big richtown and I’m the man etc after the run ended show he can still do it and when his vault opens the hip hop world will get some gems.
But as an MC he couldn’t see BIG and as a poet/speaking on social issues nikka he couldn’t see PAC. Doesn’t take anything away from his run or what he’s done. It’s legandary.

I think he would with 2000s kids.
but with people who were into rap before that era?? naw. he wouldn't be revered quite as highly.

too many people thought 50 was kinda wack. sure, there were people who thought pac was wack too, but that was coming from the other side of the country. not on his own turf.

50 would've benefited but not on the pac/big level.
worst case scenario: he would make a lot more modern-day top 10 lists.
best case scenario: he would make a lot more modern-day top 5 lists.

Definitely would've if he died after Masscare. That shyt did a million first week with him alive

thats the album that killed his buzz.

most likely, and those mixtape tracks would have been getting re-released to the cac fanbase who jumped on after In the Club dropped
