I tried to watch the first episode of season one, and I didn’t get into it at all. I thought it was really boring. And season two looks awful. Just the trailer — all these handsome actors trying to not be handsome and walking around looking like the weight of the world is on their shoulders. It’s so serious, and they’re so tortured, trying to look miserable with their mustaches and grungy clothes.

I would agree to a certain extent as season one was the bomb! Season 2 is just lame but don't take my opinion too serious as i'm only 3 episodes deep into season 2. Season 2 is quite boring so far where as season 1 just pulled you in right in the beginning.

The crazy thing is regarding his dismissal of season 1 after watching the pilot, he later says

Who the fukk reads TV reviews? Jesus fukking Christ. TV critics review the pilot. Pilots of shows suck.
