QM is the rapper. QM rapped the verse over the beat. QM rapped the Hook. QM gave the flow and style. Drake came in after and just did a Karaoke Show. Drake did not write "10 Bands", he peformed it in the same way Lil Kim didn't write "Queen B!tch", she just performed it. Look the man doesn't want to mess up his paper, I get it.
