That was a reference to Started from the Bottom. That dropped before Quentin linked with him, but someone else could have wrote it. All we know for a fact is that Future basically wrote the hook, Drake heard Future tell his engineer "start it from the bottom" and it got stuck in his head. Instead of giving Future writing credits he gave him a bottle of Louis XIII
