1st we gotta find out why @CarmelBarbie dosent rock with a traditional marriage like that. You were not born with that view on marriage. Something jaded you. Probably been around too many no good negros. We aint all like that.....least not all the time....Then we have to cover all the talking points, convice her that having a man around constantly is super healthy for the kid. My son’s father co-parents with me. He actually just sent me flowers a couple of weeks ago when I had Covid.
I make way too much to ever get government assistance. I am in another relationship currently but I won’t let him play a step daddy role—he does try to though. He is a good dude. My son’s father is too.
My dad was an amazing father. And I’ve had 90% good experiences with men. I can’t say that I’ve been around that many no good men tbh with you. I just wanted a baby back then—I was 23. I didn’t care about marriage, just wanted a baby. And I’ve said it in previous threads, but I told him straight up that I wanted a baby. And he gave me one. My son was no accident.
Young and dumb shyt. I’m older now, and still don’t care about marriage. I don’t know why I am the way I am, I just am breh. Not everyone wants the same things out of life. I never cared about some of the things other people care about. Not every woman wants kids. Not every woman wants marriage. It’s not a big deal. The big deal is finding a woman who wants the same things as you—that values what you value.

If God didn't give women the ability to bear children, their innate vanity and selfishness would never allow them to truly give a damn about anyone else but themselves. But the modern woman is so far removed from her proper motherly and nurturing instincts, that having a child is now only done to fulfill that innate vanity. The innate nurturing trait is almost completely ignored by many women. The long term well being of the child be damned, they want a child just to fulfill their own personal desires.
