He got shut down in the 2nd half of the 3rd. Once Tristan got on him, it was a complete wrap. He was either missing or passing with Tristan on him. Tristan's aggression, persistence, and ball-denial sealed it. He did not wanna shoot the ball against him. He kept passing the ball and running from him. And in the Triangle, players aren't gonna hold the ball forever for you to get free. They have to keep it moving. Fact is most of his made shots were open as usual.
His last made bucket was in the 6 or 7 min mark of the 3rd. I was looking at the clock when 1 of the broadcasters said he has 23. He finished with 23. No one could hit a shot down the stretch for several reasons. So, like I said, the 4/5 guy (Jose) should have shot the ball more, especially in the 4th. That's no one's fault but Jose's because he doesn't wanna shoot. He got his 6 assists that he wants and I hope he leaves.
NY just unraveled down the stretch. They were chucking up shots and turning the ball over, playing so out of control. They also seemed rattled by the crowd and the Cavs' late run. All of that is on Jose, Arron, and Fish because they are vets who should be able to calm everyone down. I'm starting to wonder if you watched the game.
I still credit Fish for having the game plan to nearly win a game they should have been blown out of.

Wroten's not great or anything, but Wroten is great at getting into the lane which we could really use. He's also a fairly young cat with a lot of room to grow and his defense isn't half bad.
