We wish him the best. He left and has been talking passively slick and sideways like we did him dirty.

Now he wants to come back or something. Do your thing, but not here.

Ehh. Feel like the media still asks him the same questions about his departure from the Knicks and he gives the same answers about it. What else is he supposed to do? My interpretation is that he's moved on already. :manny:

I know bro. It was probably JR & Shump that had issues with him. But Lin shot himself in the foot when he decided to have that "poison pill" clause in his contract banking on the fact that Dolan said he would match any offer. I understand why they didn't resign him because now it's a matter of character & Lin being greedy/sneaky.

F*ck Jeremy Lin's overrated ass, nobody talks about how he had 1 deal lined up with us, then went back to renegotiate with Houston to get more money. If Melo would've done that, he wouldve been called every name under the sun.

Exactly & that's why I said he has character issues because that was underhanded. He thought for sure Dolan would match that offer but got a rude awakening when he didn't & I'm glad.

That's a fukking retarded comparison. Melo was the 3rd overall pick so he wouldn't have been put in the same position as Lin was (undrafted free agent). How can anybody kill any player for using other teams as leverage as means to make more money??? Let alone his first major contract.

That leadership :wow:
That selflessness :wow:
That defensive prowess :wow:
Maybe they are calling us a super team :wow:
Word to D Rose :wow:

When I saw that last night man, that's my team captain:salute:

We seen him mentoring kp all last season, we've seen him giving d'angelo a talk, mentoring Blake, getting props from dj and boogie for his leadership. He out here leading in more ways than one, but the media out here trying to push that narrative though.

The issue is that he negotiated a deal and came to an agreement; then his agent took the news that the Knicks would match to reopen negotiations. Had the original deal been signed, there would have been no problems. What he did goes beyond the typical negotiations where a player talks with a team and gets an offer; he agreed to an offer and then used that to increase his demands.

Exactly. You realize the dissension that would've caused in the locker room had Dolan gave him a pass & signed him? We didn't need that kind of situation or person on the team.

I'm always going to side with the players against the owners. Knicks could've matched the Rockets offer either way, but chose not to. Lin wasn't going be to the difference maker against that Pacers or the Heat (if they happened to advanced against Indiana) the following year.

Lin has been on 5 teams in 5 years lmao
Mayb he's the problem and not us??
95 percent of us have moved on and could care less about him
He needs to get off our dikk
They keep rehashing the same old story over and over again
We had our best season in 10 years without him
He went off to be a luke warm role player
And now he's the starting pg of a team that will be lucky to win 10 games
We good
