I'm interested in people's opinion of Phil Jackson's ability to accomplish the seemingly impossible task of helping Melo get a chance to make some noise in the East while at the same time prepare for Porzingis' future -
especially if Bazemore(or Crabbe) and Biyombo were to be the signings this offseason.
It would seem that, considering the limited flexibility he was gifted, he's on his way to accomplishing both.
Just thinking of that lineup [
Rose, Bazemore, Melo, Porzingis, Biyombo]**, also realizing that Rose's contract goes off the books in 2017, understanding Biyombo & Baze would be part of a young core with Kris, AND we have our picks moving forward... This would be a hell of back to back offseason.
** Sidenote: Any one else get a feeling of unreasonable excitement posting potential lineups. I swear I love doing that shyt.
