New coach says (interim) old coach (who has been given the title as lead assistant coach) is just one of the assistants.....
Again, could just be me, but it felt backhanded...like he ain't no better than any of the other assistants.....holds no more value...

I'm assuming they didn't want to rely on two PG's with knee problems but I agree. He was on too cap friendly a contract not to at least give summer league and probably training camp too.
I can't tell grown ass men what to do.Pretty sure if you behave #KnicksTape will forgive but we won't forget

I really wanna see what Bismack Biyombo makes. Baze + Bismack ain't the worst combination. Two defensive minded players with years of experience but still plenty of time left in their careers, both provide energy and neither of them needs to ball to produce. If we could squeeze both and leave some room to sign a back-up. Bring back Lance and Galloway and there's at least a semblance of a bench there too.

I would really wait until all those plans ny made comes into fruition and starts having some success before you start antagonizing bulls fans. I'm interested in people's opinion of Phil Jackson's ability to accomplish the seemingly impossible task of helping Melo get a chance to make some noise in the East while at the same time prepare for Porzingis' future - especially if Bazemore(or Crabbe) and Biyombo were to be the signings this offseason.
It would seem that, considering the limited flexibility he was gifted, he's on his way to accomplishing both.
Just thinking of that lineup [Rose, Bazemore, Melo, Porzingis, Biyombo]**, also realizing that Rose's contract goes off the books in 2017, understanding Biyombo & Baze would be part of a young core with Kris, AND we have our picks moving forward... This would be a hell of back to back offseason.
** Sidenote: Any one else get a feeling of unreasonable excitement posting potential lineups. I swear I love doing that shyt.
In light of an impending downfall... Remember it wasn't all or even most Knicks fans.
