I'm not mad at the job Phil has done, but if he's set on bringing in Shaw or Rambis, or another one of his "guys" with no coaching experience whatsoever(Like Fisher), then he needs to go. Unless the plan is to tank that is, Rambis would make for an excellent tank commander
