Because Push is irrelevent in the grand scheme of things. What value does he hold to anyone besides those who hate Drake? I like Push but he's a third tier rapper at best. And a bitter hater, much like Cormega and 50 Cent, but unlike 50 he hasn't accomplished shiit of note.

:gucci::mjlol:

Man, what?

Drake dedicated a verse to him ("Two Birds, One Stone").

Drake dedicated an entire song to him ("Duppy").

Drake did an interview with LeBron James talking about Pusha T.

And a couple months ago he threw shots at him on "Omerta".

The "Pusha T is irrelevant" ship sailed a long fukking time ago.

As far as him being a hater....ok cool. Either ignore him or end his career, like they claimed they could. But this whole "he's irrelevant, why bother" angle don't work when it's a year later and Drake is still clearly in his feelings over what happened.

Rap has always been like that since rappers had real fans.
No the fukk it hasn't. What kind of people did you grow up around? :gucci:

It started when the internet blew up (Nas vs Jay) and has only gotten worse due to social media.

"Fans" are full blown groupies and dikk riders nowadays.

And in the end he's still irrelevent. His only buzz is around Drake. He just like the ones he claim diickriding Drake, but instead of diick eating Drake for pub, he hates on Drake for pub. Either way Drake is keeping him afloat. He needs to thank Drake for what little relevance he has. But again in the grand scheme of things Push is only relevant to Drake haters. He's a non factor.

Oh trust, alot of us didn't forget. Wayne was that dude back then. Thing is that feels so damn long ago, and he's been a shell of himself for so damn long.

As far as Push vs Wayne, can't be mad at anybody who prefers Pusha. He's been pretty damn consistent since the beginning, and it seems like he's only getting better with time. Wayne has always been peaks and valleys. His high points are very high, but his lows :patrice: It's like people forgot how bad Wayne was before his prime run and ignore how bad he's been the past 10 years.

Pusha ain't better than Wayne at his best, but the worst of Pusha is way better than the worst of Wayne.

You'll never hear Push say shyt like

"I'm an ass with the semi, call me semi-colon"
"I'll take you out, that's a date nikka"
"nikka I'm straight, my girl a fakkit"
"So fukking good like I'm sleeping with Meagan"
"Like the number after 1, I'ma get me 2"
"Eat her til she cry, call it wine and dine"
"Had a phone in jail, that's a cell phone"
"*Flagrantly mispronounces a word to make it rhyme, followed by oops I meant (insert correct pronunciation here)*"

:snoop: I can go on and on, but I'd rather not. Yiu get the point here

lil Wayne is great but :dead:

Fam you're making no sense whatsoever.

J. Prince said they had a diss record to end his career, like a year ago.

I asked "why don't they release it?"

You said "because he's irrelevant."

If he's so irrelevant then why the fukk has Drake been addressing him for a year?

I'm not asking what you think of him, I'm asking why someone would keep going back and forth with a person they claimed they could easily end. "Because he's irrelevant" makes zero sense in the context of the question. :unimpressed:

Unless you determine a rappers relevance based on the music they make.

If you grew up in a post-internet era then that's a sign of the internet, not a reflection of hip-hop or it's fans. I been into hip-hop since the mid 80's, if people acted back then how they did now they would've gotten clowned to oblivion.

The last real rivalry pre-internet was BIG and Pac and nobody was acting like hoes "picking sides" and conducting themselves like groupies. Not in that rap beef, or any rap beef prior to that. Mainstream or underground. All that shyt started with message boards and social media.

Push raps about cocaine too much.

Now he's trying to explain why. That explanation doesn't justify it for me.

Same thing with Beanie Sigel constantly rapping about his gun logic constantly reminding us he's biracial or Cassidy constantly claiming other rappers take it in the ass.

Just sayin'
Theres a whole coke rap genre and a fan base that want to hear it.

Clips, Lox, raekwon and now griselda have made careers of this. if it aint for you, cool.

looks like Ross chose Wayne's side:yeshrug:

Ross had no intention of putting out song with Push cooking cash money like that. seem like push didnt know wayne would be on the song and sent a verse at ross request. ross aint expect what he got back. There was never going to be a verse shytting on wayne/ Drake on this ross album. lets be reality.

But at least Jada can give you a "keep ya head up" or "still feel me".
OK, push doesnt make still feel me's, deduct whatever points you need to. I love My Name is My name and I love Daytona. Push going on a hell of a feature run RN raising the bar on whatever songs hes on. as a fan, im satisfied with the output right now.:yeshrug:

Ross's word don't mean much since the whole CO fiasco....but he contradicted himself several times here.

According to Ross both camps cleared each other's verses.

According to Push's homeboy Upscale Vandal, Pusha T knew Wayne was gonna be on the song, he didn't mind....then his verse magically didn't appear on the album. The way this is worded it seems like it was CMR/Wayne that asked for the verse to be removed:
