Jay also needs to throw this rap flow in the hudson. This shyt is almost unlistenable.
Did he say a lot of fly shyt? YES. Entendres galore? YES. But sometimes you can OVER camouflage shyt. Just say what you mean nikka! And stay with a dope ass flow so it's enjoyable to listen to. It ain't always what you say it how you say it

I liked it. Especially that bass line. Of course I was laughing at "The Commission" trending 25 years later. Check out my "Life After (Life After death)" thread to learn more about Big's plans with Jay and The Commission. I guess Jay is still hearing that talk that "If Big lived, you wouldn't be Jay of Today". It's all hypotheticals but I like how Jay played along and actually presented a case on an Alternate Timeline. He's basically saying he was going to blow up no matter what. Because Biggie had him in his future plans.
I do think "The Commission" LP had a chance to be better than "The Firm" album. Big mentioned The Commission on "What's Beef" and "Victory". Of course "BK Finest, Love the Dough and Young G" were their collabos. I think Jay and Big had pretty good chemistry. It would have been an interesting group. As for the song, I'm liking everything I've heard from Pusha thus far (Both Diet Coke and hear me clearly are dope). Looking forward to the album. Here's a posthumous track where Jay mentions "The Commission".
