The only bench you know is the one that is followed by warrant, mr. Officer

I've been doing this for the past month and now I've added a weight vest to the workout over a week ago. This best part is you can increase the intensity just by doing more reps in each set.

I've seen homeboy in the gym with his crew and they be benching and rowing, not just doing push-ups in that bytch. :manny:

Don't see them nikkas hitting legs tho. :patrice:

I don't bench I do curls and push ups. I just personally think push ups make your body look better. The only reason I do curls is for my biceps

Take workout advice from nikkas that don't even lift, coli fitness brehs. :mjlol:

Unless you are doing pushups on an incline or decline then you might not be able to get the depth in the chest and triceps that you could get from lifting.

Dumbbells in the 40-50 pound range on an incline and decline is probably the exercise that I would go with over pushups unless you can do pushups like this, but you better trust your shoulders:

Dips (with a forward lean) hit my chest the best.

Push ups are solid.

Bench press is great for mass but the shape doesn't improve much for me.

I’ve been doing 500-1000 pushups five days a week. I have maintained my size and haven’t been to the gym since March.
