I got an ATIVAFIT sport vest from Amazon that weighs 8 pounds.What type of weight vest you got? thinking of getting one
I've been doing this for the past month and now I've added a weight vest to the workout over a week ago. This best part is you can increase the intensity just by doing more reps in each set.
I don't bench I do curls and push ups. I just personally think push ups make your body look better. The only reason I do curls is for my biceps
I've seen homeboy in the gym with his crew and they be benching and rowing, not just doing push-ups in that bytch.
