Push ups are more beneficial than bench press. Change my mind

Depends. Lifting mid and light with more repetition on bench press is more beneficial than both.

Depends on what your goals are how much time you have to work chest. You’ll build size way quicker and in more places with bench than push ups. You don’t need anywhere near the volume for the progressive overload with bench. Bench is also a compound exercise, so you’re engaging more muscles.
