I'll put it this way, I still listen to Purple Rain.
Have always had both albums on vinyl, but I can't remember the last time I threw on Thriller. My favorite album from Mike was Off The Wall, which I still play a lot. But Purple Rain is timeless music, for me. Prince was a genius, so I still play damn near all of his albums, pretty often.
Both albums are monster classics, but Purple Rain has always been one of my favorite albums of all-time.
