How many coaches are realistically better than Shanny? The list isn't long.. we would be foolish to move away from him. He just has to do a better job of protecting star and key players

I hate on Kyle a lot but I don't really believe. he's a bad HC. I just think he'll never learn what he needs to win a ring until he fails to do it here. I'd love nothing more tahn to be completely wrong. "He just needs to do X" is kinda of wishful thinking and I can't picture him actually changing anything.
