And none of our RBs are even looked at as top 10 RBs they never get in the convo of top rushers

You can't say the 49ers defense had an elite defense with Jimmy. You have to have a few elite players in the secondary. Niners had ass safeties. Corners were just ok.

Secondary is definitely better now. I see more turnovers. Trey is going to have it really good. There is no reason why he can't succeed.

I'm actually in the Aaron Rodgers is overrated camp. He has had the benefit of whooping on a soft division and once he meets a team like us or the Giants he turns human.

I don't think he's over rated. I think the Niners always had a better defense than GB while he was there. Niners would have multiple rings with Rodgers

Starting to get hype for the season. The front office obviously botched things with Jimmy but it’s still huge to have two QBs we can compete with. I really think that’s going overlooked esp if Kyle decides to call 5 QB draws a game with Trey.

Also…that last preseason game was some of the most boring football I’ve watched in a loooong time.

So you can point out the one big time the defense failed in the game but ignore the whole 4th quarter where the offense only gained 37 total yards?

The defense held that chiefs offense to Ten Points, an historical great offense to ten points for three and a half quarters and our offense could only put up 20 points on a rather average defense. They had a ten point cushion until halfway through the fourth where our offense was constantly putting them on the field because they did absolutely nothing. Complimentary football is a thing you know.
