As I've said on many occasions, I don't give a fukk about ratings, regardless of who's the champ. It could be Miz, Punk, Sheamus, Cena, Rock, Maven, Blitzkrieg, Phantasio...anyone. As long as the product entertains me I could not give a good goddamn whether they're doing 7.4's or 2.1's.

I rarely stay up to watch it anyways. I said yesterday that the product was garbage. That's a far bigger problem than the ratings.

Champions being the sole reason why ratings are high or low is and always been a dumb thing for anyone to think. If the WWE had a consistenly good product the ratings would be decent. Somewhere in the 3 to 3.5 range should be where they aim for. Because you know the dyas of getting 6's and 7's are over and even a 4 is a reach now.

I don't think this discussion needs to take place really, facts are facts, numbers are numbers. Vince himself specifically came back on numerous RAWs bc he was so worried about the ratings.

to humor this, the only reason ppl point these out is bc this dude goes on tv and speaks about himself in the same boat as Steve Austin, The Rock, etc

if you gonna do that, keep your mouth shut and draw
