It's wild that people allegedly so in love with our history and accomplishments constantly display a lack of historical understanding. They didn't ride on the coattails of the Panthers. The Panthers, specifically Huey Newton, deliberately allied with them to form a united front against white racism. He did the same with Asian groups, women's liberation movements, gay groups, Hispanic groups, etc. Because he was more focused on revolutionary, anti-capitalist unity than whatever "only black Americans matter" regressive bullshyt the Coli is on.
