Flex Grossman
Funky
shyt I was just playing madden the other day and he got hurt mid game. I was thinking that he brings that extra dimension to the offense that none of the other TEs do and that it would hurt big time to lose him. This sucks.
Man fukk Brinoza or whatever his name is, dude cost us 10 points.Jameis press conference after the game:
Press Conference: QB Jameis Winston
Pretty much agree with everything he said. It was a promising loss, but it sucks
Props to him for defending the kicker too. He's showing real leadership.

Lovie need to start doin' some short passes and shyt, can't keep throwin' deep ass routes all damn game.
I feel you on that. I think they could throw more short routes while in shotgun or better yet, maybe in the pistol. It's weird not seein' drag or rub routes to free up receivers or backs from defensive players.I think throwing intermediate to deep is playing too his strengths..
Jameis footwork isnt there to throw short passes...at least not in this offense. That requires him being under center. Sometimes his footwork is off and he misses those short throws. He'll get better at in the future, but he's not there yet to do it consistently.
Honestly if you wanted a short passing game the Bucs should have drafted Mariota
Bucs have two 6'5" Wrs who arent very elusive and are better catching the ball in traffic and down the field anyway. Those type of WRs fits Jameis strengths. Problem last game the timing was off, especially with Mike Evans.
Either in free agency or in the draft they need to get a shifter slot WR who can get open quickly and help Jameis out.
Or maybe need to hope Russell Shepard steps up

We most definitely need 1 or 2 small shifty guys to play in the slot. He got his big 3 with Evans/Jackson/ASJ, now he needs that slot ninja that can be his Wes Welker or Edlemen.
