I think I need to write a book explaining how to avoid law enforcement in general, because you can't be a victim if your never in contact with the system

But this goes back to what Dr. Claude Anderson was saying, we have to build the black communities, the business, the schools, and the police force needs to be all black, you wouldn't have these problems.

I think what needs to be taken into account is where are these cops from?. If they have more contact with black men in everyday activities, not just for their job, the more human they will seem to them. A lot of prejudices just come from people not dealing with each other when having good times. This is why I think certain people want us to be segregated, it keeps bullshyt beliefs going.
