BC games loading fast due to MSFT's better BC setup which seems to take advantage of the system. PS5 emulates the PS4 Pro/PS4 which means the internal SDD isn't even breaking a sweat.

Next-gen games though will probably load just as fast on Xbox as PS5. PS5's SSD speed being double the speed isn't solely for loading games.

It could also be because of the faster cpu raw power

Breh, the CPU is .1Ghz faster. That's not going to account for the differences. The BC games running on PS4 is not taking advantage of the SSD at all.

I mean, how can it take RDR2 that long to load on an SSD but take Spider-Man 7 seconds to load into a fully open world with ray tracing from the main menu? These are PS4 games, not PS5 games.

Sony nikkas were acting like their SSD was far and away better. They made it matter.
It literally is. Again, this is not indicative of any type of "SSD magic" Xbox is doing. The BC games running on PS5 aren't really designed for the PS5 SSD and the way the PS5 is playing PS4 games it doesn't take advantage of the hardware at all.

Take a look at this for example.

PS5
12 seconds on PS4 with SSD vs PS5 13 seconds.

How can the PS5 SSD(rated at around 5.5GB/s) perform the same as an SSD that's around 560MB/s? Unless you think the Samsung 870 is just as fast as the PS5's SSD which is literally impossible.

It would be like a standard 2004 Honda Civic racing against a top of the line sports car in a 15 MPH street and then deducing that the sports car fans are "acting like it's the best" due to the Civic being on par without looking at the scenario it's in.

Like I said, Sony nikkas made it a big deal. Thank you for proving my point.
