Again not the thread for it and I doubt those still looking for a PS5 to pre-order want to scroll through talk about Xbox sales, so I'll leave it after this
Maybe the "hardcore gamer" manchild over reactionary group will try and "stick it" to Sony. The reality is whether they buy it or not Sony's selling as many they can make. That's good for any business, as long as the supply chain is fine you live with any slippage because the number is too small to make a difference in the bigger picture.
Chances are if you're looking at a PS5 it's for a reason in the first place (friends, just what you're used to, etc). You'll have some with little self control pissed or whatever, most are going to wait for their chance to buy what they actually want, especially when price isn't much a factor between the two. It's easier to wait than change your habits just to pick up an Xbox.
