definitely had better specs, but the hype around the PS2 launch was insane...nothing was stopping that beast.

Sony got a little too confident tho with the launch of the PS3 and many people told them to @ launch.

Microsoft is probably smarter than Sony when it comes to these things so I doubt they will come out on some rah rah shyt and charge $600 for the 720.

It means the 720 is trash and you need to buy a ps4. They will be leading the charge on elite games this gen. If you want a bunch of bloatware in your system with the same games that are on ps3 buy the 720.

- AMD APU Solution (Jaguar/Steamroller), 4 cores, Higher Clock than X720/Durango
- Maybe AMD 8000 series GPU solution
- 2-4GB GDDR5
- Launch Fall 2013/Early 2014

Explanation: PS4 has a higher clock, but less cores and is using an APU solution (CPU & GPU elements combined onto a single chip). The PS4 has less RAM but is using faster GDDR ram, so the overall performance should be a wash.

- AMD Jaguar 1.6GHZ 8-Core
- AMD 8800/8900 GPU
- 8GB Ram (DDR3?)
- Launch 2013

Explanation: 720 has a lower clock, but more cores. 720 has more but SLOWER RAM. DDR3 RAM is usually good for things like multitasking etc....It is expected to be based on Windows 8 as well.


Note: GDDR ram is more suitable for Graphics Processing (In PS4), and DDR3 is more suitable for OS Tasks (720). It is expected that the 720 may need some sort of ES/ED Ram to compensate. I'll correct you. PS3 is more powerful, it's exclusive run laps around 360 exclusives. 360 in lap 1 while PS3 already in lap 3 about to hit the finish line and y'all got shells to throw yet that shyt don't do nothing.
