I’m in construction and these illegals get in the game and if one of them becomes foreman they ONLY hire their own. They call cousins and family from all over to come work for them. THEY NEVER hire black men. NEVER! They worse than white people. They HATE blacks. They will c00n it up with the white boss, learn everything and then undercut him. Always happens.

Black men we have to start our own trades businesses and hire our own just like them. fukk em let them starve until they go home.

That's because you in residential construction or lower tier jobs. Construction in general is a race to the bottom. It has always been like that. But in any big job the unions band together and take it over. This is why public projects have major cost overruns. There's a market for illegals in low level residential construction to help out regular folks who can't afford much.

It's a double edge sword if the government starts fining corporations for hiring illegal migrants. But you run the risk of them getting it by any means necessary such as illegal activities and crimes to survive.

Are you not familiar with how tenders are won? 9 times out of 10 the lowest priced trades wins the job, it's so bad that in the private sector unions help out companies with the fees workers pay so that they can compete against non unionized labor. In other words your union pays a private company to undercut all other companies in order to win the job just so its members are employed. In tough economic times companies underbid heavily just to keep the gears running through the recession.
