I ain't downplaying anything, I am all for reducing legal immigrant workers as well. Its not right that America keeps bringing in new immigrants when you have thousands of Black Americans without jobs or homeless for that matter. I was speaking more so on a business standpoint from the company and how they choose to hire. Most of the time these immigrants are not getting what would be considered normal pay if an American was hired for the same position. Most of the time they are getting underpaid and working 10x harder. They don't complain or anything, just put their head down and work.
Sounds like a pretty easy hire for a company. You get more work done with the less amount of money spent.
Black Americans would go on a protest if they was being treated the same way and they rightfully should. We have a history in this country and deserve to be respected and paid our worth, these companies should not get over us the same way they do with immigrants. Dudes be getting used and manipulated at these companies, sometimes treated like shyt.
. The same way Asians came herer poor then made their way up thee middle/upper middle class, Mexicans are doing the same thing. It's looking like a gloomy future for black people
