Different ingredients breh. Banza has no flour in it. No potato starch either...that's what makes it healthy...and Banza has way more protein. The product above has no protein.@G.O.A.T Squad Spokesman
I didn't realize it's basically shirataki noodles
I love these. I can make a fire cacao de pepe quickly with these. It's basically a Lil bit of melted cheese with black pepper with a dab of oil and a water to coat/cream the noodles but it's piff.
I don't eat meat so I have to get it from alternative sources.People need to be careful when changing everything in their diet for the 'Protein' version.
If you want Protein in your system, eat meat, fish, beans etc....stop going for shyt like Protein Pasta etc.
To many people are obsessed with seeing the word protein, you really don't need too much Protein.

The food industry is marketing food like we aren’t getting enough protein in our diet
Americans eat more than enough protein
There's healthy protein. Meat isn't the healthiest form of protein either.This. It's crazy seeing people walking around eating 'Protein chips' 'Protein chocoate bars' 'Protein Water' 'Protein pasta' Protein rice'
Literally making people unhealthier by the day but I mean if you think it's the way to get gains then proceed.

Do what works for youm
Meat is the most efficient form of protein
And it’s health concerns are overstated
But beans/lentils are protein rich...they also are much better carbs since they have so much fiber. Not sure how/why you’d be arguing against beans being turned into a flour and used as pasta, especially with all the issues wheat flour presents. I use chickpea flour for a lot of stuff when I’m cutting carbs (coconut and almond flours as well)Fair but some times these foods that arent traditionally protein rich arent the best protein for you. You should still aim to get good, clean protein. Pasta is for your carbs and that's what's it's best for. When the process changes I personally just dont think it is as nutritionally good for you as they want you to believe.
I might be tardy to the party but I just had this Banza pasta last night at that shyt was it's made out of chickpeas and has 25 grams of protein per serving. shyt was good af and less carbs than traditional pasta. I bought it at Target, just putting y'all up on it.
