It is kind of true though. I am now hearing, "people need to stop with the identity politics", like whites haven't been practicing 'identity politics' for well over 400 years? When people begin to speak up for their issues they have to do so within the white purview in order for it to be legitimate or else their views in regards to their problems or issues of the day are nothing more than hemming and hawing, and wanting handouts or are just over exaggerations.
Black guy: That cop racially profiled me and planted those drugs!
White public, soon-to-be white jury:
No he didn't, you probably are a crackhead!
White jury: Guilty on several counts of possession of an illegal substance with the intent to distribute. 25 years to life.
Black guy:
Black people: He was a family man and had no priors!
It's been going on like this for about 30-45 years now. Black issues are blatantly disregarded because Blacks are deemed "shiftless" and "scary" or, as they call it today, "sketchy".
