See that's the point where I think Bret botched the delivery of the line and clearly looked flustered. The entire promo he seemed too pissed for his own good. The more HBK & HHH laughed the more frustrated he looked.

Always hated this promo. From both sides. And the direction WWE took the feud in 2012. Could tell that were just flat out of ideas and was ready for the match as well as doing everything they can to sway things in Cena's favor because the shyt was crazy one sided all year long. Never understood why they had to use the crib notes thing as one of their avenues to getting things on Cenas side. There were much better ways WWE could have handled these two. Rocks an actor, he memorizes lines for a living.
Wasn't Cena originally planned to be turning heel during this feud? Maybe it was supposed to be taken as a heel tactic before they decided to keep him face.
When MVP & Jeff Hardy had their feud, MVP brought up Jeff's house burning down, Jeff looked like he was legit about to cry
