As long as switch games are still 60 dollars they gonna get compared to current gen games. :francis:

Maybe if this shyt was 30 it could get the luxury of being compared to the PS3 games it looks like

exactly, two 60 dollars games in the same genre (hot chick killing monsters hack n'slash) coming out in the same year, why wouldn't they be compared?

nah, it's not Nintendo's fault these companies are investing movie budgets into damn near all their games and trying to get all that money back and more. That's not the direction Nintendo chose, they don't have to damn near kill off their business because of the route some other company chose.

If you made a SPECTACULAR piece of hardware power wise, then go head and make those spectacular glossed up damn near pixar looking games. Nintendo chose to make games that would take advantage of fun gameplay, and the gimmicks their hardware has and it seems to be working.

None of this has anything to do with what I just said :mjlol:

you're talking about a game company putting their game(s) to 30 bucks because another company is selling games that utilize a stronger console.

yes, a smaller company working with the PS5 and Series X. But I'm talking about games in general here, and yes, they do have ridiculous budgets going on that they have to make back.

The fact that Nintendo and other publishers insist on Charging +$59 for Switch games is laughable

It ran like shyt on ps3.

Frame dips into the single digits during intense fights, maxing out at 30 fps, sub HD resolution.

Game was just not good on ps3. Why did it flop on Xbox tho? shyt was the second coming of devil may cry on the 360 and the ps3 wasn't as popular at the time.

I blame xbots.

:yeshrug:
Bayonetta sold 1.1m. That was good for a new IP. Platinum was developing Bayonetta 2 when Sega pulled funding for the game because they were in financial difficulty.

Sega then shopped the game to Sony and Microsoft both of whom passed on the game. Nintendo funded the Bayonetta 2 and the rest is history.

The PS3 version was a port done by Sega instead of Platinum hence it ran like shyt.

The graphics aren’t even that bad

They’re just not special with the lighting and effects.

I just hope they tune up the frame rate as they get closer to release. 60 FPS >>> pretty graphics

60fps and pretty graphics >>>>60fps>>>>pretty graphics

Don’t cost movie budget for good graphics these days.

Lots of small indie studios have made some really good looking games on a small budget.

Switch is just an outdated piece of gaming hardware power-wise and it shows in the look/performance of games.

Nintendo makes bank off that overpriced hardware and software so they won’t change. But it’s not in the name of innovation or fun gameplay.
