All this stuff you said will have nothing to do with PROFESSIONAL RUGBY catching on stateside.

What they need is for people who don't have shyt to do in their cities, to have something to call their own
Make a team from.. Tyrone Georgia and call them the Klansman, have them play the Chocolate city (DC) maulers and lets have ourselves a rugby game

Point is the shyt gonna flop unless enough people care. Nobody in the places you named is gonna put that much attention on a rugby team when they have all other sports in spades, doing what they do. Thats my opinion on this
