Any update on this
About 5 weeks in
I'm going till Oct 1 than stopping for two weeks
Lost a lot of fat and tighten up considerably
Went from 230 to around 215 now without losing any strength
But my strength gains haven't really gotten up after the first few weeks but my endurance is crazy.... I'm going to try to push myself these next few weeks
I'm not sure if I'd recommend it for bulking or gaining mass
Than again my diet and routines are built around toning
No side effects except some mood swings and I sense increase aggression
But that is also pretty normal with me lol
