:what: Calm your dumbass down. Dudes have been blowing up sh!t for years. Only now, the internet age, has the government had the means to intrude to this degree. Without the knowledge of the people they go beyond privacy invasion and you are trying to tell me that the only way that these dudes can catch someone thats about to institute a major terrorist operation is to read ALL OUR EMAILS? :beli:

You ask me to outline how without this invasion of privacy can the government possibly catch these people? We aren't talking about banning the use of technology. We are talking about finding these guys in the most efficient way possible. Regardless of whats said over email, if these guys want to do some major damage, there are things they must purchase, or smuggle into the country. Regardless of whose email they are watching, our government should be able to piece that together. And what happens when these individuals stop using Gmail and sh!t and just start meeting face to face? You know what happens? Our governments surveil suspicious targets, work with informants, and take these individuals down. There is still room for tech to utilized where needed, but this is some old give an inch take a mile sh!t.

Lets be clear here. We are talking about people having their privacy invaded under the guise that they are being protected. Meaning, if some governemnt official decides that Dunkin Donuts is a codeword for the phrase "Death to America." then they can start intercepting your emails regardless if that phrase actually means that and whether or not YOU knew it meant that. That is ridiculous. We aren't saying that you can't watch a site. No one is saying that you shouldn't investigate someone who visits WeLikeToBlowSh!tUp.com. We are saying that we have the technology and the know how to sustain an investigation without stealing everyone's instagram password. Sh!t is ridiculous and you are ridiculous for taking some silly ass Enemy of the State approach like you are buying into it.
dude stop it. you're preaching to the choir. you aint telling me nothing i dont already know. but you are acting as if the new game isnt online. it is, and you know it. just like the new game is not using landlines its using cell phones.

i would go out on a limb and BET if you had 100 terrorist home grown or otherwise. 95% of them use cell phones to order their products to do damage with OR use the internet.
you said if they buy things thats how they can get caught. i said that myself. but people buy things ON...LINE now more so then face to face.

if i'm in america, i dont know how to make a homemade gadget, but some fool on some AL Q site is showing me HOW TO take out a bunch of people on the cheap. if left up to you. the govvy would not be able to see that, because to see that kind of transfer of video data and clicks to that shady site, would also mean they could see you on the porn site every other night. which is a privacy problem.

i'm not telling you i trust the govyy. cause i dont. and yes they will abuse this stuff. they always have. power is always abused. never fails.
but what i am saying is yall have to be realistic. we are no longer in the stone ages. computers are here to stay, so is the internet. so are cell phones and things going over the net via the cloud, etc.

so is social media websites. the more people get use to using this stuff. the more lax they get about hiding the fact what they are doing by not using this stuff.
its like i'm real grown. so everytime i see a kid on facebook blowing big herb and sippin on something. i'm thinking..idiot your mom is watching you. but they dont think like that because FB is second nature to them. FB to kids today is like me and you having a conversation in person. we cant comprehend this. them text messaging each other is like me and you whispering in each others ear. to me you wont ever catch me texting something i dont want the world to know. you can pull any text i have ever sent. and i wouldnt be shocked if my wife, mother, pastor or the cops seen them. you know why, cause if i'm doing something i aint got no business doing, i know better then to put it over the wire. i'm old school like that. now granted they could easily trace me on some video site looking at something unsavory. cause i've done that more times then i've should have. and even that is because i'm getting to USE to the new tech myself.

your ipad, cell phone, laptop. is all one big SNITCH BOX. facebook, youtube, google chrome, IE, firefox, etc are all snitch boxes. thats why its funny when people talk about the kinect sensor for xbox 360 or xbox one. like its new. we have been our own big brother for the past few years and we dont even realize it.

people are afraid of google glasses as if people are not currently shouting WORLDSTAR, while they record you on their cell phones doing something ridiculous.

:what: What in the FUKK are you talking about? No one is saying the government shouldn't monitor internet traffic at all. That isn't the argument. You are making an argument for a point of view that NO ONE is taking. If there are known terrorist sites out there OR if the government knows certain types of sites to be hot beds for terrorist activity, then they should have to investigate further. To go beyond that they should have to get court orders if a judge also deems such a site as possibly harboring said activity. But why do they need to search MY email and monitor MY Facebook private messages, when they can find terrorists and HAVE found them without doing that. We aren't talking about policing the internet. We are talking about full on kick down the door come in your home and take your sh!t.

Imagine right now if a police officer came to your house with a key for no reason and just started going through all your sh!t. Mind you, you didn't do anything. You didn't say anything or get into any trouble that warrants that police officer being there, but he just says fukk it and walks in your place. Well he can't do that. He would have had to go to a judge to get a warrant. There are hoops he has to jump through. You are protected by the constitution. However, Gmail isn't. And that is my point. If the government has a legit reason to go through your sh!t, then they should be able to present said evidence and there should be a record of it. So even if they find nothing, you can go look at a warrant or some sort of decree to why they were looking in your sh!t. As it stands right now, they were just looking through all your sh!t for no reason and you never knew it. Your privacy was violated for the last 6 years and probably longer than that, yet Boston still happened just a couple of months ago.

So what was all of that privacy violating for? If they were to present finding and come out to the people and say, "Since 2007 dude to PRISM, we have stopped 135 terrorist plots....." and if they then proceed to provide evidence of this, they would at LEAST have a leg to stand on. But that isn't the case. New technology isn't a reason to throw out the constitution. They shouldn't be able to just make up bullsh!t and then build new laws AROUND that very same bullsh!t.

Will Smith, Gene Hackman, Tony Scott and Sandra Bullock tried to warn everyone over 15 years ago. Rewatch these films:

Yet people still put all their photos on line, they put all their business online. That has to be the easy era of tracking for the government ever. They have all the information they need online. But now that they tapped into our phone records and emails as well as skyping. Privacy in the internet age is becoming obsolete. Unless you keep info off line.

oh boy.

every terrorist isnt on a terrorist site.

you dont need to hit up a terrorist site to inflict terror. all you need to do is go buy an AR, and a ton of ammo and go ham. if its illegal in your state, you can find out where you can get these weird magazines from that fit other guns that can extend your rounds. you do this on the net. these are not terrorist sites. they are regular sites taking orders legally from people trying to do bad. if a regular citizen is found going to one of these sits to often or seen to have purchased a very large amt of ammo and a semi auto matic gun to automatic, with a weird clip. then the govvy can track the dude. he may be buying this stuff for his shooting range that he owns or a shooting competition or he may be going hunting. but these type of transactions can be followed. to make sure that the regular guy inst going the terror route. thats how you catch a fool before he acts a fool.

its it invasion of privacy? YUP.

the LONE Wolf is the terrorist you wont catch on just some random terrorist site. you will catch him on FB, on doing what i said above.

until you do something crazy you are just a regular citizen. the way we know you're shady is when we see what you do when no one is looking or so you think(the internets, your phone logs, etc.)

i mean that crazy fool that kidnapped those 3 girls/ladies was a bus driver by day, crazy kidnapping rapist, pedo by night.
WHO KNEW? not even his brothers.

thats because no one was watching his patterns. i bet that fool bought baby clothes for that baby the girl had that he was walking around with. thats an alarm that should go off, especially if you use your credit card. if he's buying gerber crap thru his Check card or credit card. but yet he doesnt have kids of his own. time to keep dude on the watch. if he's buying women's clothing(he was clothing these ladies). if he aint selling clothes on the side for ladies. then whats going on with this guys credit card statement showing he's doing some serious shopping in the macy's ladies section, yet he's purchasing items of completely different sizes. if no one can prove he's slanging women's clothing and his bros cant confirm he has more then one girlfriend. so we know he aint tricking his money off on chicks. then something is wrong. either this fool is a cross dresser or he has some chicks hidden behind closed doors.

but to figure that all out. you have to peep into the regular persons life. some regular dude might just be oscar de la hoya getting his cross dressing on. and because of someone's abuse of power with this system. oscar's personal life will be exposed because of this system.

but wait, oscar's personal life was exposed without this system. he took pics and was outted. as i said before. all this tech we dont need big brother to do his work. we will do it for him with our little brother devices. and social media.

yall do realize the way they started catching fools making Meth in their homes is by making everyone in the US slide their ID card if they get to many pieces of cold medicines with certain ingredients in it. i mean i use to get a certain type of allergy medicine that use to be on the counter. now its behind the pharamist where i have to slide my id card. even though its not a prescription. why is that? so they can find and see TRENDS> if you by to much of that stuff, they will come knocking at your door "Yo, you trying to make a meth lab or what?"

the same rule applies to the net.

listen dont get me wrong here. i am by no means defending the ABUSE that we all know HAS taken place and will continue to take place when the govvy is allowed to by the people's vote or by their own shady manipulation of current policy. what i am saying is this. this tech we have and keep developing is so much more then we can currently handle without the excess snooping by the powers that be. this was a fear of a lot of people, that one day we would get to a point where Technology was almost out of our control to some degree. you see that with how kids parents didnt even know how to monitor their kids actions on the net. but now they are finally catching up. you do realize monitoring your kids is a small version of prism. its just in house prism. you do it to protect your kid. i'm a old head. i didnt have to deal with my mom and pops snooping around my email, phone calls. i didnt have a cell phone, there was no net back then. if i did dirt outside away from home and no one told or i didnt get caught. my parents never knew about it unless i confessed on my own.

thats no longer the case. but i also couldnt effect as many people with something silly i may do, because i was not connected with the entire world thru the internet.

back in the day i still remember a hand full of dudes that had a couple of chicks at the school ON TAPE. gettin it in. sometimes the chicks knew the camera were rolling sometimes they didnt. but there was never a time did they want that video to be shown to anyone outside of them and that guy they were with. yet he shows it to random dudes . girl gets embarrassed like crazy. dude may get in trouble, we forget about it after awhile cause the video was only showed to us once. and now the principle, etc has the tape or has deleted it.

but now, you do that, as a kid, it goes online for the world to see and be duplicated so it can never be taken down for good. it will resurface every few months. a girl would never live that down. hence why you see these kids killing themselves over some social media incident .

the internet, cell phones is great and horrible all at the same time. you have to realize this. no matter what you tell your govvy to do. you will either be at grreater risk of harm by using all this tech with no one watching everyone to filter out the harmful people. OR you will be at greater risk of harm by your own govvy if you do let them keep an eye out using your private stuff. the only choice to make is to stop using this tech.

Seems like a lot people want it to be one way.

We trading in our privacy once we connected to that 56k modem. Get used to it.
Dont do dirt, if you insist on doing dirt, do brag about it using technology that can be accessed by millions of people.

Thank you.

the more tech you get, the more you can be put under surveillance.

you dont wan to be looked at fine. turn in your tech. go back old school, fall off the grid.
no home phone, no cell phone, no gaming consoles, no cell phones, no internet. NOTHING. talk to people when you walk up on them. tell them no pictures and tell them to turn off their devices when you're around.
