In the comics aren’t their different tribes of predators? This one was definitely more savage and “dumber” than the tactical ones we used to.

I can see two predators having a drink bullshytting and Pred 1 asks Pred 2

I'm thinking what would've been a real good setup scene during the first half would've been for her to see an invisible Predator when she was covered in mud walk by her about 20 feet from where she was sitting.

Just watched this. It was really good. I'll give it a 8/10.

To me, this is the 2nd best Predator film after the first one.

Amber Midthunder (Naru) and the guy who plays her brother should be getting more prominent roles from now on.

Yeah I also thought the dude that played her rival/antagonist seems like they can play a natural, cocky/arrogant villain as well.

My question for the people hating on this movie would you rather watch Prey with naru. Or The Predator with the Kid with the Tism.

At the end of the day Prey was a huge step in the right direction with the historical premise and its doing numbers so they are going to do more.

Dont complain too much about naru cause we probably gonna get a hunter or predator not from harlem up next.

First one is a certified classic. This is is great but there where some flaws with the effects.

Better than the OG? Nah, it was good, well made and a return to form but predator 1 is a masterpiece.

You have to realize Arnold took no L’s. He was Mr. Universe, Conan the Barbarian, Commando, and the Terminator. Even the 1st half of the movies he’s stunting on guerillas and giving orders to Carl Weathers and Jesse the body.

You know when the Predator took off his mask and was finally going to shoot a fair one everyone in the theater was like “Get em Arnold, whip his ass” but then the Predator start man handling him like a toddler, slapping him and tossing him around like a newborn baby, you know people were in the theater like .

Even when Arnold sitting on the plane in shock the Predator music kicks in to let you know it ain’t over, they got more hitters out there and one smoked most of your best

Just watched this again. Don't you guys just love how the main character was outright knocked out twice(which is a serious medical emergency as it can cause brain damage or even kill you), was caught in a bear-trap, got hit at least three times by a 400 lb predator, two being with his shield which cut through flesh like butter and even cut through rock, and one of those times being a fukkin chokeslam, yet after all this she still prevails without so much as a scratch on her. wasn't slowed down, wasn't even winded, even though arnold, who was three times her size, was nearly killed and seriously psychologically scarred.

then we have the dumbass predator (who somehow manages to get hit repeatedly to primitive beings despite having camoflauge and better reflexes), who loses to a 50 lb girl who just five hours ago, couldn't kill a deer or rabbit and wasn't even smart enough to know not to shoot fukkin arrows at a goddamn bear? but it's ok bc the predator was 'injured' which is supposed to mean he was slowed down even though he was fighting the exact same as he fought before all his wounds, whereas the girl didn't take a single lick of damage or get slowed down at all despite all the serious shyt I listed above. then, after getting like five of her small tribe's hunters killed, she brings back the predator head and the tribespeople don't recoil in horror wondering what it is, they don't berate her cause many of them will likely starve since their hunters are dead because of her, nope, they make this retard the new warchief(after she got the former one killed lol) don't you just love this incredible movie?

just to reiterate, the predator was able to be defeated because he was 'injured' but the main character had more serious things happen to her and not only wasn't too injured to fight, but was moving around like black widow in her 1 v 1, but these retards will praise this film as 'flames.' lol at these dudes. anything passes for good these days. If you get caught in a beartrap, you can't walk correctly, let alone jump out a tree, roll around, and fight like wonder woman, but it's all good for thecoli. they give you feminist propaganda and you just line up to shovel it into your mouths. pathetic. no wonder so many of yall can't pull women.

This was definitely a young boy wolf Pred as indicated by Predators/The Predator movies but he was the sloppiest Pred we've seen, literally walking into traps, taunting opponents, puffing his chest out.

He was catching work from everyone, the rattlesnake, wolf, Grizzly Bear, Comanche, Frenchmen. However, he wasn't really hunting, just being a young boy not respecting his opponents and relying on his tech and strength.

When he didn't have strategy, he got got...Naru studied and improved with her skills, he didn't....Not seeing what the backlash is about...

If we can buy Ripley blowing away 20 Xenomorphs in an Alien Hive dolo with a 8 year old strapped to her hip, then Naru taking down a young bull Pred shouldn't raise an eyebrow at all.
