I don't train myself, but I have heard stories from some kickboxer friends about how brehs would come in the gym and try to go hard in sparring and get WHUPPED, then claim they only wanted to work technique. smfh some people just don't think shyt through

Not sure I agree. He landed directly on his head. The way the other guy had his inside arm trapped on the slam made it pretty much impossible to break his fall. Wrestling mats aren't that soft. Not sure he would've been out dead like that but you get spiked on your head like that, you're gonna get rocked.
