My fam has rebuilt our town in 20 years with American money. From a small town with no indoor plumbing to houses like above all up and down our road. We went from kids having to walk miles to the only school to a school bus service and 2 new schools built. We come here in droves cause it's easy to step into a black neighborhood and open up a Bodega and a hair salon and make that money. I can literally take a trip to every black neighborhood in NYC and take pictures of at least 25 dominican owned businesses in each one.

How are Dominican citizens of Haitian/African disapora descent supposed to have the adequate documentation to prove their citizenship when the DR government for decades SYSTEMATICALLY DENIED those very citizens from having birth certificates? You and other Dominican apologists have yet to answer this one question.
