Paul, the current PM signals that he doesnt know what will happen but he's already received mixed signals from DR authorities that DR wont have mass deportations while others indicate that there will be.

Jamaica gave the world Marcus Garvey and we're the second ones that ended slavery, long before American slavery ended, back in 1832. We also the ones that gave in to black power while most of the world c00n out back then. I have yet to see a Black power/ black pride movement happen in DR.
