Forced them to take out loans to fund said business. They did that. Then Corona destroyed their livelihood and the Government came to their rescue with PPP loans. The government forcing a business to close and bailing them out for the forced closure is not akin to student loan forgiveness. What’s dishonest? It’s apples and oranges. If the government closed your school it would also erase the fees you owe because you can’t attend. If your business fails any other time, it’s tough shyt for you. If it’s humming along fine until the state says close the fukk up, they compensate you for it. It ain’t splitting atoms.
