i think about 1,500 in state. 8,900 military (these are expected to skew towards Trump)
also 5,500 provisional ballots in just Dekalb and Fulton, no clue on state wide
1,500+8900+5500= 15,900

I blame them as much as anyone for the rise of Trump. This election has proven that has run it's course and the American public has spoken now they are trying to weasel away from him. Nah they need to hold that L too and their credibility should be questioned for the foreseeable future and beyond.
