This is how I see it......
Neither candidate is bringing such things into existence. They arent even making "promises" to do it. Lets be honest....we're living in a system where our individual votes dont even "place" our choice in office.
We're really forced into siding with the lesser of two evils. If you're comfortable with 4 more years of Trump, do you. If you want a different face to look at, then do you as well. I will say I do like Biden's climate control ideas, even though most around my years wont see the results of the efforts.

As far as Biden's recent comments, this basically tells us 3 things
1. He's not going to punish any race soldiers. So when the next George Floyd or Tamir Rice happens, don't expect him to do shyt.
2. More funding will be given to race soldiers.
3. He wants to "protect communities", that's code word for doubling down on us. Expect more abuse/arrests from these state sanctioned terrorists.

1. Punish race soldiers, any future Darren Wilson who murders us has to do life in prison. Any race soldier who abuses us or points guns at us(which is a crime btw) has to do a minimum of 10+ years in prison.
If a city/county/state that refuses to enforce these rules, then that area would lose federal funding for their police (the govt has the power to withold funding).
2. Commit to a 10+ trillion reparations package w/ cash payments exclusively for ADOS. The money is there(The Cares Act showed it), plus the president has the power to do it(Obama did an executive order w/ DACA).
The pigs helped him craft the crime bill he's so proud of...he also helped open the door for the further militarization of police...why in the fukk would he want to defund (declaw) them.
