This is exactly what Tasha said about her first impression of Ghost in the very first episode. It brings the parallel that they've been implying with Dre's character since his introduction full-circle; that he's supposed to be a reflection of Ghost. Now he's planning to double-cross Ghost the way Ghost did Kannan as a youth.
