Ghost DID take his son, if you want to use Kanaan's likely logic. Ghost put Kanaan in prison, therefore preventing him from having a life with his son. When he gets out of prison, his son is working for "Uncle Ghost", Ghost has more influence over Shawn than his own father, and Shawn shows more loyalty to Ghost than he does to Kanaan. So while he may not have actually been the one to murder Shawn, I'm sure to a sociopath/psychopath like Kanaan and Jukebox they could feel justified saying Ghost took his son from him.
You mean every season, or it was always scheduled to not air last week?
I mean, most people haev the access to watch these shows on demand or in other forms anyway, they're not really going "head-to-head" with the NFL. NFL and other sports are the only things on television that need to be seen live at this point anyway.
Oh word, my bad then, this is the first season I've actually watched week-to-week. That missed Sunday had me like
