A Black man wasn't the leader of a Power Rangers squad until Turbo and then they booted him down to blue once they went into space the next season. I doubt they'd buck that convention.

Obviously the part with the headbutt was after he got the powers but they always have the "bullies" do some ridiculous attack when the main hero/heroes has gained enhanced abilities.

He can be a character without sacrificing his damn dignity and overcoming his faults and wining in the end. Something that Finn DID NOT DO. ALso if you knew about stereotypes then you would'nt defend the character of Finn. If white racists, who bashed his character before the movie were ok with him afterwards, then no black male should be after the movie was presented.
