Do you guys think they will do the green ranger saga in the sequel or combine it with lord zedd in it? Remember Tommy was losing his green ranger powers once zedd arrived on the show season 2.
I enjoyed it.
Lot of y'all shytted on Billy and he stole the show. 2017 Billy was way more likable than 1993 Billy.

Im really on the fence whether I want to spend my Saturday watching this in theater.
I considered myself a Power Rangers fan, but in retrospect I was 4-5 years old. And honestly I stopped watching after the Ninja and Zeo seasons. So it was only like 2 or 3 years of fandom.
Might see Life instead...

And critics were right in saying it took itself too seriously.

40 million seems low, I will be checking it out tomorrow with my nephew who still watches power rangers
I enjoyed this. Felt like the cast did a good job and the story was pretty solid.
i would've enjoyed more action but they did a good job of fleshing out the rangers and zordon's background.
I just hope they dont bring out zedd to early in the sequel, save him for movie 3.

Nah, since it was projected to only make $30 million. It should do well world wide as well. They talked about making 6 movies which probably won't happen but a sequel is almost a lock.

I liked it but the inner me is used to the talking Goldar, Bulk and Skull, Rita having someone create her villains for her, etc
I like the modernized approach and serious tone
That final battle could've been more epic

I got used to the new Alpha with a human voice
I thought the Zeo crystals gave them the Zeo suits? So in this one, it gives them the Mighty Morphin suits? They could literally do this every other year like Fast and Furious or Saw and just update the teams but if I were them I'd stick with the original story arc at least into In Space... I'd personally skip Turbo

Everyone was wrong about Billy though, he wasn't some wimp. Like some people with Aspergers, he was a lowkey genius and was capable of carrying the movie with his innocence and humor.
