It doesn't matter because in the end barely any legislature is getting done for the next two years. Democrats don't really need to do anything. Some MAGA republican isn't going to be all that different from anyone else.
I'm sure a Republican will be elected (they have the majority and voting for Jeffries is basically the end of your chapter), but you're asking Democrats to resolve the Republicans problems for them--while they get nothing in return. The only real difference is one guy is less shyttier than the other, but Republicans have already proven that they can't even get together around one guy, so it's better to let them implode.

All those Republican rat b*stards could have gotten Trump out the way a long time ago. The liberal ones, moderate, extreme, ass kissers and the Trump haters. They didn’t. They’re almost all insurrectionists one way or another now. A Trump hater will still kiss his ass because they love power more than they hate Trump. The party and their behavior is the problem. Democrats solving their problems is admission that Americans know that Republicans are fukking children in charge of the most powerful and richest country on Earth. It’s beyond sad. Like making a 5 year old CEO of Microsoft ON PURPOSE and then saying “okay, bail him out of this terrible lunch meeting he’s having with the CEO of Adobe, but don’t fire him… just bail him out.”
Nah, the whole Republican Party should be disbanded. A bunch of them in jail. The party of responsibility and patriarchy and leadership should step up and be adults or they can burn the country down like they clearly want to. The voters clearly wanted this - they almost made Trump president in 2020 again and encouraged it. Let’s see how it plays out.
