The Netflix doc was that underwhelming or are they just being snobby? I haven't seen it yet.

People fall into two camps on it - shyts been talked about to death, there was nothing new to cover so let’s just relive the fukkery or they should’ve explored the media/thug angle more. Since I heard JO’s interview with them before it dropped, the episode delivers exactly what he wanted it to, so IMO, it’s not bad. The people complaining are people who have their own vision of what it should’ve been, and it could’ve been that, but it wasn’t, so accept it for what it is - JO retconning his rep

I felt such bytchassness from mike when he talking about players telling thier own stories. That angle is all self preservation.

While i do wish the doc delve into the racism more. And the went harder at columnist and sports authorities, its also refreshing having athletes tell the audience what they want them to know.

theres space in the content game for those that experienced an event to tell thier story. And also have that same content dissected from all sides, which is whats journalist and documentarians should do. Give context through extensive investigation.

Kate Fagan was dog whistling loud like people could hear BLACK PEOPLE

The media and NBA could’ve just called out those fans instead of the players.

If David Stern was alive this doesn’t come out. I wish those guys leaked the gag order info
shyt to a black journalist like think of all the cases athletes get and the amount of information we receive like there are names to allegations against Deseaun Watson

Chris Wittyngham referring to Mayim Bialik as a co-star on Big Bang Theory during that Jeopardy discussion made me feel old as hell
I mean, she did play Blossom so imagine how I feel. Funny enough, I fell down a Jenna Van Öy ass rabbit hole last week. Highly disappointed in the cac she ended up marrying

Stugotz that dude as a #2.
Listening to him fake laugh through an entire episode as the number 1 though is tough man .

I legitimately don't know how anyone can listen to Stupodity. That segment they posted today with him and Golic caught a skip just because listening to him end every single sentence with a laugh is impossible for me to listen to for more than maybe five minutes.

Upside of Stu being the lead is that these last two shows have been pure unadulterated fukkery, aside from that conversation about the 'Rona that led to that story about Mike's grandfather dying.

In response to both this documentary and Draymond/KD interview, Dan sounded every bit of a bitter former journalist. Complaining that the players were starting to take greater control of their narrative.

During his time in GS, KD had beef with Ethan Strauss and said don't trust him. Yet Dan making it seem like the journalist/reporters are the only credible ones.
