It looks like someone at ESPN called Dan during the break and told him to apologize to Bill Polian for calling him a racist as a joke. I bet if Polian is on NFL Live today he'll talk about how offended he was.

Dan asked Chris Simms "Are you saying Bill Polian's a racist?" and then tried to blame it on Amin by saying "Amin you gave me a look...I thought.....sorry I misunderstood".
My issue with Dan is he doesn't know how to talk about racial topics without being completely off the mark more than a few times. He wants so bad to try and get a perspective on it he ends up tripping over his own feet or flat out sounding like an idiot whining with a high pitched, temper tantrum tone (Dont know why they stopped fining him for doing this). I go back to the time with the whole Welcome To The Terrordome/Lebron commercial came out. He was so convinced he was right he had Cube and Chuck D try to confirm his theory and it was completely wrong. He tries way too hard when in real life and away from the mics he's an awkward, antisocial, depressed snob that comes from money and affluence. Don't forget he thought Amin was a waiter when he first met him.

Guillermo's star turn happened when he (literally) went in his bag and they made like a whole show's worth of content out of it. That was last summer, I think? Maybe two summers ago. Having listened to the show now for four or five years, that's kind of when Guillermo became a bigger part of the on-air part of the show IMO.Billy was hilarious with that fake reporter laugh

Dan in person is very awkward and uncomfortable. I used to go to the road rallies they would have when they was on 790.......he's just so awkward man. Everyone cool tho.
