Time to switch up. After 2 months of 5x5 I'm starting PHAT tomorrow. I cant wait to see how this goes. I'm only gonna get about 10 days in since I'm going out of town on the 23rd.
Im doing a modded PHAT routine. 3-4 supersets each trip, kept the hypertrophy/power theme in. I like it

A good way to make consistent progress is to rotate your power movements every 2-3 weeks. A few sets of assistance exercises can be done for smaller body parts like hamstrings (though deadlifts and squat will involve significant hamstring recruitment), calves, shoulders, and arms.
hehhh romanian deads are not really accessory but they blow them hammies up. pair them up with front squats or leg presses on lower body hypertrophy day.I do all the big shyt but dont do all the accessories.
